You will not find scap here nor overpriced "esoteric" transformers.
All our transformers are being made by very skilled and experienced engineers in Germany
only.
Their knowledge about the hints and pitfalls in output transformer design
aquired in many years in additon to modern development- and test
equipment and highest quality raw materials enables us to supply very high quality
output transformers at reasonable prices proudly made in Germany.
We do only use grain oriented low loss core material. all OPTs are vacuum impregnated and oven-dried for low hum and high durability.
As our product range is very flexible, we can offer you transformers exactly according to your specs in short time, usually 2-3 weeks.
So
our offer is a bit different from that of other´s selling ready made
standartised stuff from the shelf only.
In our catalog we have listed the most often wanted types. If you don´t find what you need in this list, please ask
for a quote of your personal output transformer.
We want you to be fully satisfied with our transformers in the amplifier you build.
Though we grant you techcical performance and perfect workmanship, sound is beside technical and
"measurable" parameters also a matter of personal taste.
Knowing this, we offer you a three month return option for your output transformers with all order
codes starting with ATH... Within three months after purchasing you can test, evaluate and listen
to them and return them for refund in case you don´t like them.
Only restrictions: The transformer must not be damaged, scatched or painted.
Return postage has to be paid by sender. Offering this option,we give you three
months of time to test your design and listen to it.
This offer is not valid for all transformers with order codes not
startingwith ATH and all custom made transformers.
Our
transformers´designs
are constantly being improved. For this reason, core sizes given here
are
not obligatory but may change without notice. Please contact us if you
are not sure about the core size needed when ordering a transformer as
spare.
